Beads Baubles Bling by Dee offers hand-crafted, unique jewelry designs. What began as a hobby has evolved into a passion for designing high quality, distinct pieces. In my work as an artist I began to see possibilities of creating earrings, necklaces and bracelets using unusual color combinations, a mixed media of materials, and an evolving vision of the finished products.

My materials come from a variety of sources. I travel extensively and some beads might come from “that little hippy shop near Wrigley Field in Chicago” or that “corner shop near that cathedral by that little restaurant in Paris”. This makes for many one-of-a-kind selections.

I enjoy textures and colors and have used both extensively. You will find Swarovski crystals, pearls, and hand-painted glass. Sterling silver, brass, pewter and gold-plated materials are among the variety. I have used Japanese web stones, Picasso stones, agate, turquoise and coral. Some of items feature wood, ancient bones, or reconstituted amber resin.
